No! Answering the intelligent assistant’s questions is always mandatory. It helps increase the accuracy and quality of the physician’s visit and aids in the creation of your health record, leading to a better understanding of your condition by the physician. What is the waiting time for an online visit?
The maximum waiting time for a visit is 30 minutes, otherwise, the amount paid will be refunded to you by our team.
